Fuel Pump Question
Saturday, January 31, 2009 6:53 PM
I just picked up an '01 Z24, and the fuel pump is bad.. well, I went to a local yard today and pulled a used from an '02 Ecotec Sunfire (my funds are severly limited) and managed to mess up the plastic housing while taking it out (we were having problems getting the bottom "cup" out), so I was wondering if it was possible to swap the pump itself from the busted up housing into the one thats currently in the car

Yes it is possible. No different than putting a aftermarket pump in the stock housing.
