no brake / turn/ or hazzards

no brake / turn/ or hazzards. only parking lights. no clicks or anything. no fuses are blown. does the turn/hazard flasher control everything? also, i found the trunk lid wireharness off; and in the tirewell, a pool of water. with reverse lts out too im wondering. the 3rd brake lt. was also clipped off and in the water. i have no idea why the kid had this clipped off and the reverse lt off... but he did. i would say that waer and wires dont mix, but usualy a fuse would go? im stummped and plan on re-wiring most of it if needed. any input? thanks

take all the factory electrical tape off the wires on the back end..well all that you can get at. just do that to expose all the wires and lightly tug on each wire..one by one in different places.sometimes wires break off but the wire coating still keeps them together.they will break by tugging on them if the wires inside the coating are broken or if the wires are pinched off..i had a problem like this recently but all mine were gone too bad so i rewired all of it..lol..hope this helps a little
