I have a 96 cavalier 2.2 and awhile back it threw a code and i went and got it read and it said insufficient temp for fuel loop what exactly does this mean??? I figured it means car running to cold since that's what my car is doing and i cant seem to fix it!!!!
A 195 i changed it 3 weeks ago and its still wont heat up
but what brand? stants generally dont have a strong enough spring to keep closed on the ln2 due to how close it is to the water pump.

I'm not really sure i know it came from O'reilly Auto Parts I will have to check the box to get the brand but what brand do you per fer and where do you pick one up at??
I looked it up it's a murry.... But still what kind is good and your per fer??
I'm guessing any part store should carry them?
thanks for all your help i will pm you if it works!!
another thought... is your car not actually achieving proper running temp? if it is, it may be your coolant temp sensor.
