Ok guys and girls, I have a question (obviuosly). I hear a noise in my left front wheel area. I have replaced the bearings on both the left and right front sides, so it may not be that. The noise kind of sounds like and Whump-Whump-Whump noise. It gets slightly louder when I turn left and when I speed up. I am not sure what the hell it could be. I have taken the tire off and checked the area and I cannot see anything that is cracked or out of the ordinary. Soooooooooooooo any suggestions, would be helpful. Thanks for any help at all.

Try moving that tire to a different location and see if the noise moves with it. Shifted belts or other internal issues with tires can create all sorts of strange sounds.
If not, don't necessarily rule-out the hub assembly again. I've seen the "economy" ones only go about a year or less before getting noisy again. Based on this, I would only recommend anyone using the "premium" replacements for this application - assuming that you've got a trustworthy retailer to purchase from.
Is your car lowered at all? If the suspension isn't riding at the original level, it's possible that a CV joint could cause this noise too. At stock ride height, it would be fairly unusual for a CV joint to make any noise when going straight though - so it wouldn't be at the top of my list. At least there are only a few things that can cause a noise like that. Even dragging brakes can make weird noises if there's any rust present on the rotor - but that noise will usually change when the brakes are applied - as will wheel bearing noises in most applications.
Hope this helps a bit.

I would say bring it to a tire shop. sounds like a broken belt or cupping in the tire.

I hope it is not a broken belt, the tires are less than two months old. And it cost me 400 bucks to put four new ones on. Oh and I forgot to mention, I can feel the vibrations in the pedals as I am driving.

I am gonna try that today. And the car is not lowered at all.

I moved the tires around and the noise is still coming from the front. It is not the tires. I was told it might be the CV joints? COuld this be an issue, and if so how hard is it to change the CV joints? Any help is always appreciated.

I believe you have a bad strut. I know it doesn't make sense that a strut would make a cyclical noise, but I had a bad rear strut that made the "whump-whump-whump" noise and another bad rear strut that caused a terrible vibration around 55-60 and rattled like crazy. In both cases, the bad strut was leaking oil, so check that out.

I think it would be CV joint, When u did the wheel bearings did u make sure youre bearing seal O-ring was properly seated, Some times its not, It causes a squishing sound, I had this had one time, Also had bad cv joint on the drivers side as well.
