ok, so my wife was driving the 2000 sunfire home tonight and the service light came on. I pulled out the scan tool and go hook up.
the scan tool indicates a power error meaning no power at the diagnostic link connector. Which fuse should I check for it? I can't find referrence to this issue at all.
Anyone have any advice?
Funny enough I started up the car and no light. She said it came on going up a hill and stayed on the rest of the way home.

i had the same problem and i tracked it down to the power wire was dead. i tried chaning all the fuses and nothing helped. never figured it out either.

Cigarette lighter fuse is blown
