My friend's 1996 z24 started leaking oil., not normally though. He pulled into his driveway one night and parked. 5 minutes later he noticed a massive puddle beneath his car. He pulled it up onto ramps and seen that the whole back of his engine was covered in oil. It seemed like everything had gotten sprayed. It looked to be coming from the rear cam cover, when he tryed pulling that off he broke a piece off, and then I got there to help. I seen that for some reason it would not come off. also the dipstick kind of just falls out, could it be his dipstick or most likely the cam cover. thanks for any help, he needs it

omg my oil is gone, i could have sworn i put it here.... who the hell took it?!?!?

Is there an o-ring on the dipstick tube?

I dont know, I will have to look closer. I was in a hurry and didnt look all that close. His car just needs to stop pissing oil to drive it to work and back. Ill see if it does have an o-ring on. most likely the problem too. I love my eco, never leaks a dang thing
