left blinker dash light, dim when lights on

well i was just wondering if it meant anything if the left blinker on your cluster was on just a little bit, very dim, when the lights are on.???

mine is doing this and i checked all my lighs even interior ones. im thinking its telling me that a light is about to go out. but i have no clue....

all i know is mine did this, and the next day i went out and it wasn't doing it anymore, but i could smell a light burnt electrical smell... looked at my corners and both of them had fried, ruining a pair of brand new 1 piece projectors.
