So as the subject says, I have no needles movement or the mileage displayed on my gauges. However, they do light up. It appears the who installed my neons (in 2002) tapped them in some fashion. Any ideas? Could I need an additional ground off the battery? I can't seem to find either a diagram or another thread like this to work off of with the search function.
