It was laying between the transmission and the washer reservoir.
I'm thinking its the pump for the windshield washers?

Paying someone to install parts and bragging about it being fast, is like watching someone bang your wife and being proud to raise their kids.
In case you don't trust us... try to run your washers without it.
Then hook it back up and try again.
