There is one lugnut on the back wheel of the Z24 I just got that has been stripped down to a nice smooth round surface.
Anyway to remove it or am I stuck with that wheel?

That is no kind of attitude to have!!!!! Of course you can get that B**** off.
Start with a good pair of channel locks, ones with teeth. If you can get that on there (and the make needle nose versions) that might get it. From there, hmmmm.... gouge a chunk out with a chisel, use that as a perch for a flat screwdriver, and try and hammer it into rotating. Point is, there are about 1,000,001 ways you can get that off.
Also, there are some specific tools for this (some kind of toothed socket)- You don't want to try those except as a last resort.
That gave me an idea!!!! Find a socket that will almost, but not quite fit over your rounded lugnut, then use a hammer and pound that mother on there. The mere friction (and machismo) might keep it from spinning. Second point, lugnuts have been around for 100s of years at most. Humans, something like 30,000!!! You are way smarter than that thing, stripped (and there fore more evolved than your average nut) as it is. If you let it win, you are letting down all your caveman ancestors that fought, and ATE giant sloths and whatnot. That would be sad.
Hey! I just remembered, if you have a grinding wheel, just cut the nut in half. You may have to damage the wheel stud doing this, but those are easy to replace. If you don't have a grinding wheel, just use a hacksaw blade (either in a holder or wrapped with duct tape for a handle) and many hours of your time. Seriously, I'll probably come up with 10 more plans for getting that thing off before they ban me from this board.
My friend is going to weld another lugnut onto the end of the stripped nut and try that.

Drill it out, and replace the stud. They're easy to change out on the rear wheels.

I just got a next size down socket and hammered the socket on the nut. Worked for me with no problems, just don't hit your fingers. Now I done this on a stripped lug on my beater Z, probably wouldn't do it with aftermarket rims
