When car is idling there is no noise sounds great, but if the motor is reved above 2500 rpm it starts to rattle or knock. a few of my friends think the sound is coming from timing chain housing and one insists that its rod knock. i have already done a rebuild once at 120,000 miles with all new internals. the car now has 140,000. any suggestions???

by the way its a quad motor.
