I'm sorry I misread the code reader or I have 2 codes (I don't think so) but my scanner reads 455, large leak evap system. I haven't found any bad hoses yet and bought a new gas cap, does anybody know what to check for now?
That was 445. My code is really 455.
I'm not sure but I may have the problem solved....I purchased a new gas cap and light came on after a day. Yesterday I made a gasket out of slick cardboard, like a milk carton, for on the gas cap and that tightened the gas cap up quite a bit and the check engine light has stayed off-so far.
The gas cap trick worked for one day and the light came back on. Back to the drawing board.
