hummiong noise (maybe wheel bearings???)

so since i threw my 18s on yesterday i get this nasty ass humming noise and im thinking its wheel bearings but i didnt really hear it with my stocks but then again im thinking the 18s are obviously heavier than my stocks were so maybe thats why im hearing the noise so much more...but how hard is it going to be for me to replace them and how much are the wheel bearings themselves going to cost me...any feedback would be very much appreciated

thanks guys

It could be steering alignment or tire treads/road noise. Jack the car up (e-brake on) put it in neutral and spin the front tires by hand. If you hear a noise then that bearing may be bad. The wheel should spin freely and without noise.
