Cooling Fan always on

Installed HO Mani on the LD9 the other night

Ever since the cooling fan has run when ever the car is running

Anyone ever encounter this? Relay?

AC has been fully removed from the Car

Compressor is all that remains until tomorrow when i install a shorter belt
