Hey so I ended up having my exhaust hit and it cracked a tiny leak in one of the welds. I'm having it taken off and welded back up (it's in a tight spot). I'll see then if the noise persists or if it goes away. Also suspected that there's a leak up in the header aswell. But it's hard to tell.

Worst case scenario what am i looking at for repair at the average muffler shop if I have a leak up in the header? I have a 2002 sunfire ecotec with a 4-1 pacesetter, that goes into 2.25 inch piping.
