okay my gf has a 95 2.2. it has about 86 thousand miles on it. and out of nowhere it started shacking and not riding smooth so i changed the spark plugs and wires. it stopped the shacking a little bit and about a week ago now when u push the gas to the floor it takes forever to get up to speed. and when you put the car into reverse it randomly stalls not every time but it dose happen and its shacks. when the ac is put on it sounds like its going to die. can anyone tell me what can be causing this.

Check your vaccum lines. Somewhere there might be a rotted line.
Also does this happen while in neutral?

How tight did you tighten the new plugs? It is possible to over tighten them, crack them, and get the same symptoms that you are describing.

Also did you change the wires one at a time or take them all off at once? It could be possible that you have a 2 wires on the wrong plug.

yeah i did check the vac line and one was ripped apart so i found a hose to replace it. and i checked to see if each plug was getting spark and they all do get spark. when i shift the car into drive it stops a lil but u can feel it shack. i changed each plug one by one and i did over tighten one but i loosened it. idk what else it can be

IIRC, the crush washers won't expand when you loosen it.

I would get some new plugs again. They are cheap
