I Don't know if this is a common problem with this car but on my old 97 cavalier RS the first two fan setting would not work and the A/C would not turn on at all, but i junked that car do to a warped head and just bought a 97 cavalier z-24 and it has the exact same problem, does anyone know what could be causing this problem it would be a lot off help, thanks

Im not sure how our fan speed switches work (never messed with them) but its either the switch or the fan controller...

haha my fan doesn't work on the first 2 settings either. damn J's haha. in the winter it sux cuz when it's cold I have to have the setting on 3, then when it gets too hot turn it off for a while. so annoying
