I have 2 seperate problems but will post them together. I had my compressor replaced due to the clutch locking up and now I have a rattling sound coming from the belt area. I replaced the tensioner pulley but didnt fix the problem. Can the whole tensioner assembly cause the rattle? When I was replacing my compressor I broke off the two wires on the alternator (green and red). I fixed the wires but now my battery light stays on. I tried another alternator but no fix. The battery is good so I am out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

tensioner assembly can and usually does make a rattle. and u dont have the plug wired correctly causing the light
