im not really sure what these could be from, but recently ive been getting a lot of tiny black spots on my trunk and rear bumper right above my muffler. im wanting to say my muffler may be blown out but it doesn't sound any different. so just wondering if anybody had this problem happen to them thanks.

The entire back end of my car is coated in carbon. Just wash it off and should be fine. I am assuming you are not running a cat. so that could contribute to carbon build up.

Carbon is produced from unburnt fuel. It is very common on tuned cars.

Put the stock exhaust back on the car or get a chambered muffler. Those are the only ways i know of to reduce/stop it.
