Well it happened,I was taking the bumper of today and one of the bolts just broke into half

I tried everything before getting the Dremel out and cutting the bolt flush(so I could just drill it out)

Now do I just drill it all the way out or do I get a Die and Tap kit to remove the rest or does the fender need to come off

It's just a clip the bolt tightens into right,Do I need to re-tap it

just brake the clip off and replace the clip. any auto store caries them
