Running rough after highway drive

Well I just purchased a '96 Sunfire GT, 5-speed. I've been driving it since Friday. It ran good all weekend around town(about 140 miles) but then tonight I went for a ride on the interstate for about an hour. After getting back into town and sitting at a light I noticed the car was running rough, but still no CEL or funny noises. It also seemed a little hesitant during acceleration, but only below 2k RPMs. Once I got it home I was parking and it stalled, then the first time I turned the key the starter didn't turn and the dash lights shut off like the key was in the "OFF" position. Once I turned the key to the actual "OFF" position and tried to start it, the car fired right up and ran fine, nice and smooth. I don't really know where to start looking for the issue. It does have 195,000 miles on the clock, it's all original and I know it was maintained well prior to me buying it.

Thanks in advance

How long has it been since the cars have had full tune up? Plugs wires, air filter, fuel filter, Could have a problem with the coil packs

Fuel filter and air filter have about 15,000 miles on them. I planned on doing the plugs tomorrow anyway. I will that and see how it runs. I just found it odd that it ran fine after stalling.
