so my buddy has a z24 i think 01...but his car has been idling at 3k for some reason...if you unplug the tps sensor it goes away...plug it back in its fine tell you turn the car off and restart it...tps or something else...there are no codes
having the same exact issue... what did you do?
I'd get out the ohm meter and make sure your TPS is working properly, it might have a bad spot in it or not reading smoothly all the way thru it's range or if you have a scan tool that graphs you could watch it and see what it is doing. I think that would be a good place to start.
