the car runs great, no problems with fuel pump yet (knock on wood), but there is olf fuel in the tank, i would like to drain it out but the car is not road worthy yet, i will be taking of the filter tomorrow, is there a way to jump the fuel relay so the fuel pump stays on without the car running, so the gas can pump out the fuel lines into a can.

You can just jump the pump itself by connecting power to the right pin. Or, cutting the wire then putting it back together so you don't lose the ground by pulling the plug off the sending unit. If memory serves, the power wire is the brown one, but don't quote me--look up a schematic.

Pull the relay off, look on the diagram on the relay, and its going to be the 2 pins where the line is angled like __/ .__ - jump those the one that looks like a little box is the coil that pops the relay and will damage the pcm if you jump those.
