Im assuming I need to change the thermostat and do a complete flush of the cooling system. Whats involved in all this? Ive never done this before. How long should it take to do? The car has 105k miles on it. Thanks.

Dmp the thermostat would probably be a good place to start, that or the system flush either one i thought i had read somewhere about a way to test the thermostat something about a pan of hot water and if it opens it's good and if it stays closed it's defective.
