1 thing is when i turn the car off and take the keys out of the ignition the interior light doesnt come. when i open my door it still doesnt turn on. when the car is off and open the door the radio stays on until i turn it off at the power button. any idea whats going on

Check your door Sensor. Its a small black plunger-tipped sensor somewhere in your door jam. It could have bad connections for rust or water causing it to stick. If it is not sticking, im pretty sure your BCM controls these features.
Check that first though

Have you checked the bulb.
The radio stays on until you open the door, that is normal
