So I ended up scratching the paint on my bumper kinda bad today and I was wondering if just a simple can of touch up paint and some wet sand paper will touch it up?

Well looks like that gotta go bodyshop. My paint guy told me "If you can feel the scratch it needs to be sanded and painted". Like you take your fingernail and you can hook/feel the depth of a scratch on a painted surface, it will need paint.

you can sand it down and the area around it to be blended in and get a can of exact factory match paint, theres alot of companies that will make a can for you, just give them the paint code. sand, prime with dupliclor suv/truck primer/filler, paint, wetsand if needed, clear, wait, wax, buff, polish, looks good. lol

or take ti to a shop and spend way too much for such a small issue
