My interior blower only works on speeds 3 and 4. 1 and 2 don't work. Any thoughts?

top sticky on this forum is all about it.. common problem
It's the blower motor resistor. It is located inside the blower motor assembly, beneath the passenger side dash. It looks like a circuit board. You'll likely find the electrical strips on it corroded and/or broken. IIRC, they are $20-$30 from the dealership.
