Have a new one welded in.

1999 Grand AM SE (Beater Car)
1997 GMC Sierra
2007 Honda CBR 600RR
2005 Honda TRX450R
Drill it out. I have had to fix several Eco equiped cars that snapped one of those studs off. Needless to say GM did not have a warranty labor opp for that repair.
if drilled out how would i replace a new stud or bolt in remaining spot.?
Clean out the threads with the correct size tap. Get the hole drilled as close to the center as possible. Good luck with that.
Labrat
ya but to get another bolt into the bracket is like inpossible
Get the old bolt drilled out, or use an easy out but with how rusted that looks, you run a good chance of it not working.
Basically drill out old bolt, clean up the threads, get new bolt installed.
For the other side, soak it with PB blaster and use a torch to heat up the nut before loosening it
