hi guys: need some help on this one.the car is a 96 sunfire gt, 2.4, 3 speed auto, 250000k.recently, the cars idiot lights go on & off, and the car wants to shut off, but catches itself & keeps on running. sometimes it shuts off & i have to pull over, but it starts right back up again & it's ok for days. the mil light wasn't on, & every time i take it in for repairs, it's running fine. I'm sure it's an electrical prob, as it quits immediately, not gradually like a fuel prob.. new battery, extra ground cable, & idle air motor . charging sys checks out ok.this happens when car is warm, at highway speeds,on smooth roads. I checked for loose wires & fuses & relaysbut found nothing. except for this the car runs great at all speeds any ideas?????

lol.. pretty much the exact same issues on a 4spd 2.4..

But scanner data shows other issues... its really rich at idle with a 25% load.. then evens out as i start driving..
i think im dealing with multiply issues most likely.. vac leak, fuel pressure.. wonky sensor..

But it drives great for the most part.. this problem has had me pulling out my hair.. its goin to my mechanic after work today, i give up.. lol
