96 GT 2.4 Starts bucking/sputter when cold

This has happened since I bought the car, When the car is cold and I go to pull out. Its starts to sputter/Buck until i lay on the gas a bit and it goes away. From there on it runs 100% all day. If i let the car warm up for 5-10min. It runs perfect no sputter/buck. I recently changed the head due to cracking and replaced all the gaskets and changed the fuel filter, air filter, plugs, coils, fuel reg, and idle sensor, but it continues to do it. Also if you rev it a little while cold the rpms start to bounce. Again everything goes away when it is warm and runs great. Im leading it to be a vacuum leak somewhere, but the fact that it runs fine when warm get me.

Anyone have a clue?

I had a similar issue last year. I ended up changing my o2 sensors and it solved my problem. Not positive its the same for you though. Mine would do the same as yours on start up but when the car got really warm from sitting in traffic etc. the idle would start jumping around again almost stalling. I dunno just a thought
