I've had this issue for a couple of months now.....I get a popping noise in my front suspension area. It mainly occurs when making right turns and the weight of the car is on the left side. So far I've had new control arms, front struts, insulator brackets and strut mounts all replaced. I'm stumped with what is causing this and what left I can do to fix this car. Appreciate any help
Mine makes a popping sound to,i think its the intermediate shaft.
I'm like you replaced alot of things but the popping is still there,do a search on the intermediate shaft.
I'll check that out thanks.....
the popping is almost Always the outer CV joint. I didnt see in your list of parts replaced any 1/2 shafts. Try that I'll bet thats the problem.
i had that same problem and i changed the aframe (control arm) bushing and it went away.
If it clunks (pops) every time the weight of the car shifts then yes it could be a bushing. But Hes had most things replaced and still getting it. I'll bet its a CV (constant velocity) joint. Tough to tell when you cant hear the noise yourself
All valid options - have heard upper strut mounts make a loud clunk, just a thought.

Right in the original post.

try checking the wheel bearing maybe
Not that I care what you have to say - BUT the quality of strut mounts is unknown, and there are cheap replacements available, it is still a viable option.
Appreciate all the feedback. Hopefully I'll get this taken care of soon. Car is going back to the dealership in a couple days
Plz fill us in if they figure it out.
try checking the bolts for the lower a-arm, i had the same problem and found a couple bolts had come loose, i tighten them up and now it's quiet.
