Hi...hope someone could help me...

Yesterday I changed the spark plugs and fuel filter on my Z24...an noticed when i took out the car for a test ride, that when acceleration hits 2000rpm the car starts to stall, when I release the gas pedal and return under 2,000 rpm everything runs ok...

Yes the battery was disconnected when changing everything...and twice when I returned home...when the cars is at neutral and I give gas it goes over 2000 rpms without any problem or stalling...

what is going on here? got a check engine light that i will check but i was hoping some comments before that...

if the plastic tower under the spark plug cover is getting black or looking like it has burn marks its time to replace it. i put a bad one on my car to test it for a friend and it stalled after acceleration almost everytime, i put mine back on and it ran fine again, hope this helps.
