Sunroof grease?
Tuesday, February 23, 2010 9:52 AM
The new 96' Z I got has a sunroof, its not leaking(YET).

But the only issue it has, is when you first open it you have to push up to get it started and it opens fine.
Closing it works fine everytime.

So I'm thinking it needs some grease/lubrication?
What type of grease do i use?

If you want to try the grease napa sells it and it is sold in a wheel bearing grease container. It is white lithium grease on the label.Just thought I would share this and this can be used for alot of stuff like, door hinges, the door key lock, electrical connections etc.I use it for numerous things and even on my wifes 04 accord sunroof in the tracks to keep it moving smooth.
