trans pan gasket

Does anyone know, with the 4 spd auto, is the trans pan gasket re-usable if your dropping the pan to change trans fluid? They supply a cork gasket with the filter kit which I think is inferior to the original type, however its like $60 to buy the original pan gasket from the dealer.

The cost accountants at GM that design some GM parts made a mistake and gave you and me a BARGAIN !

lol. Thats what I thought but wanted to check. I did have the pan off at about 50,000 miles and changed fluid and re-used the original pan gasket but now i'm at 110,000 and want to change it again but didn't want to get stuck using the cork like gasket they supply or having to shell out the $60 plus to the dealer for one either. BTW have the NAPA trans filter for replacement, anybody have any input on the NAPA filter for the 4spd auto?
