I have an 02 Sunfire and my E-brake is really loose, is there a way to tighten it?.
E-Brake? Electronic brake? Or are you talking about the third brake light assembly in the rear window?
Emergenci brake is what he is talking about. There should be a adjusted fitting right on the e-brake cable that runs right along the rear axle. Not sure witch way to spin it but try one way and you should feel it tightening up.
