This could probably be the heat shield, or something else usually when the car gets normal hot temps, also if its heat shield would like to know a decent place or price for this part or if should jus remove it. i do hav a aftermarket exhaust. i raised up my car looked around but nothing looks loose. lil help noise has absolutely drove me insane to the part where i started to punch my car XD

I'd try with the exhaust cold of course, to get under there, and wiggle the pipes around, see what they can come into contact with.
