I've been trying to find the AC Delco plugs to replace the spark plugs on my 04 cavalier but they seem to be difficult to find, apparently they are being discontinued. Someone mentioned to me that NGK was actually making them and that AC Delco is getting out of the game as far as spark plugs are concerned. Any truth to this? They also told me that the NGK G-Power platinums are the same plugs.....should I just use these? or search for the AC delco's?
that is very true....if you were to pull a spark plug out of a newer chevy model motor they come equipped with ngk spark plugs and next to the ngk it say delcos
NGK plugs are great, I have the NGK V-Power coppers in my 2.2L OHV, and she purrs like a kitten. I'll probably run them to 15, 20k miles (5.4k now) and switch them for the G-Power plats.
running NGK g-power platinums in my LD9... didnt want to pay $20 a plug for Delcos... But i could still get them...
NGK's were $5 each and they work flawlessly...
Awesome. Thanks for the info guys. G-Power platinums it is.
