I need to replace one of my tie rod ends soon. I've been planning on getting the whole kit that you linked to. I figure, since I will need to get an alignment, I might as well go new all around. You can't beat that price.
I have a friend who used a similar kit (OE Brand) on his Stratus last year and has had no problems. If you're just looking for stock replacements get the kit. If you want brand name performance, Moog has a good reputation; I'm sure there's lots of members on here who can verify that.
+1 for Rock Auto, they put my local parts stores to shame.

They have Moog ball joints for $40 right now.
Rock auto is the Shizzle!
Too bad the ball joints are actually $60 each. Part # K6527
the question is, how soon do you want to do the job again? if you never wanna even have to think abut it, go with the MOOG.

The difference between the gold cap moog (if it isn't gold it isn't moog, even if it comes in a moog box, carquests private label has a moog sticker on it I believe but no gold cap) isn't only life, it can also be response and performance. For instance lesser brands I've noticed can be much stiffer, and thus the steering doesn't always return to a neutral position. The moog really is a better part, and just take the plunge and buy them locally, much easier to get warrantied if need be, and what's wrong with paying a little more for a local stores part if it helps support the community ya know what I'm saying? Just my two cents
