Ive got the clipped side done, but the bolt side will NOT work with me.

I have no idea if the previous owner has changed this thing once. Its rusted, and i cant get it to budge. Ive got a 16mm open ended wrench on the fuel line, and a pair of channel locks on the filters nut. Im giving it all i got given the terrible leverage i can muster up above the rear axel.

Tips??

Im out of ideas.

Spray pb buster on the nut and let it soak for 15mins... do that 3 times and use a wrench not channel locks
