timing housing to block gasket

i have a question i am rebuilding my 2.4 and i was wondering if the timing housing gasket from a 2.3 will work instead of the 2.4.

As far as I know. I gave one to someone to use because they didnt have one. I have not heard about it being an issue.

Thanks I was thinking that they are the same. They look the same I found one on eBay in a set.
