does anyone know how to do this?

Cut the tan wire going into the wiring harness into the tranny.
This will only work if you've got the 4t40e tranny though and it'll disable the engagement of the tcc solenoid which has been known to stick.
Sometimes a good fluid change along with filter helps this so good luck.
