fuel relay short

Anyone have any idea what could cause only the fuel pump relay to be shorting out or causeing issues when it rains? Only when it rains does it act up, it makes a weird buzzing sound coming from the relay and it wont kick the pump on. I've tried replaceing the relay and have had no luck. I've tried spraying wd-40 in the relay box to see if it's water getting in there but it doesn't help. Any ideas?

Water. Gotta be water causing the problem... Check the connections themselves, see if they're corroded. check for any bare wire underneath the fuse box as well.

Seems to be the damp air. I can go through an undercarraige wash I can wash the engine bay and have no problems. I've greased all the connections with dielectric grease and can't see any damaged harnesses. The car seems to have a nasty electrical problem in general. My abs light and ebrake light come on and throw no abs codes for speed sensors. My service and secruity light like to come on occasionally and now and then while I'm driving the airbag light comes on for a couple seconds. I have diagnosing electrical. I work at a chev dealership, I've had pretty well all the journeymen techs try to help me with it and we can't seem to fix it. We're at the point of just replace parts to see if it helps and I don't have the money to just start guessing and checking with parts.
