Okay, so why is it that GM made the ac hose on the compressor out of aluminum and then put an inlet and outlet with one bolt in the middle to hold it with two metal gasket o-rings? I have gone thru three ac hoses and the d@m thing still leaks (in the same spot where the compressor is at). Is there some sort of glue that you put on there? I have torqued it to the GM spec and still it leaks I tightened it a little more and it still leaks piece of ****! I feel like + + with this. Anyone able to help or anyone gone thru this too and how did you resolve the issue?

Aren't there supposed to be 2 gaskets...on that block? I don't think that it's supposed to be metal flange to metal flange connection. I'm currently replacing all the O-rings and gaskets on mine first before doing the hoses...
