i have a 97 Z24 as the title states my fan and heater both have stopped working i have changed both relays thermostate is good changed the other week
does it run on the highest setting? could be the fan itself went bad. see if you have voltage and ground at the plug to the fan, if you do then apply voltage and ground to the fan itself and see if it spins.
the heater doesnt work at all
