I just received my longer cruise control cable that comes with the GMPP Eco Supercharger kit and installed it, but it doesn't want to work. I set the cruise at 45 and I can feel the pedal pulsing like it wants to work, but doesn't. If I hold the accel button on the cruise it will hold the speed.

I looked in the computer and I noticed the 2 gears that I could see weren't touching. Maybe this is something? I'm not sure.

Its the cable mounted firmly on both ends and braced?

the sleeve of the cable needs to be secured so it cant move like a bicycle brake cable.
