WHAT IS THE PROPER OIL PRESSURE FOR 2.2 ECOTEC AND WHAT IS PROPER OIL WEIGHT FOR ECO?

first this is a dirt oval race car and running 20-50 weight racing oil and I am getting 80lbs idle cold 65 hot 100+lbs on throttle my dad says this is way high what u guys think???

where did you tap for your pressure sending unit?

5w30 is standard weight.

I tap in front by starter and used the proper thread adapter with couple iron-pipe fittings, it ended up about 3 inches from fan, we need both stock sender and pressure gauge. I need to locate the oil pump which I know it is not in the pan and check relief springs...
