Have power to ICM, but no spark

I have a LSJ engine with 2.2L crank that is turbo charged and supercharged, using L61 harness . I have fuel getting to cylinders. I have 12V going to ignition control module and 12v coming out of the ICM. I have no spark at the spark plug. The plugs are perfect MSD plugs that worked fine in my 2200. The plugs are E3 plugs. I swapped the coil pack and the ICM; still no spark. I am guessing a bad PCM (I pulled from junk car not sure it is good).

Any ideas?????

Problem was crank position sensor... can delete this
