Anti-Fouler modification

I am about to go through the process of cleaning out my cat and i have seen that people on here have used an anti-fouler to pull the oxygen sensor out of the direct stream i was wondering which length of anti-fouler that i need to get? thank you for any help.

why clean out the cat? it's self cleaning when the engine is operating properly...

I am gutting it has about 180,000 miles on it and its starting to stink and i don't have the money to replace it due to currently being unemployed.

That's what I did after my exhaust went on. Seems a lot of people get the p0420 code with a high flow cat.
