Ok, so i know there is a sticky about improving fuel mileage, but i was wondering what everybody else is getting. My car is a 2000 Sunfire- 2.2, 3spd. auto. I am getting between 230-290 miles to the tank, depending on conditions. Lately i have been driving about 40% highway, 60% city/country, and averaging 260-290 miles per tank which works out to roughly 19.5-22.5 mpg.
I'd like to know what you guys are getting- it doesnt matter what- 2.2, 2.4, 3spd, 4spd, 5spd, even ecotecs.
Should be interesting to see how all the different combinations do.
Also, anyone have any idea as to what the A/F ratio(s) are from the factory on this car, and would it be worth it to take it to a shop and have the ecu flashed?
I have the 2002 2.2 OHV and drive mostly on the Highway. I get 30MPG and 400 Miles to the tank.
03 Eco MT 26 mpg All city, about 30-32 highway, depending on fast I drive.

96 2.4 averaging about 30mpg I get somewhere along 430-450 on a tank, 60% highway 40% city.
