sounds like metal on metal.
turn car off, check all pulleys by giving them a wiggle, i would even check your chain tensionor it could be loose
I'll do that tomorrow morning. It doesn't do it all the time. Most of the time it doesn't.
Noise is definately your A/C compressor. You can either get a shorter belt to bypass it, replace the compressor, or deal with the noise.
My A/C wasnt working anyways so I opted for the shorter belt option.
